Our Return Policy
We accept returns within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unworn, in original condition with all tags attached
- Original packaging must be included
- A proof of purchase is required
Important Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on clogs & mules and dress sandals if the protective sole cover has been removed. All other products in our collection, including our popular animal print styles, boat shoes, and block heels, are eligible for returns when conditions are met.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps:

- Include your order number and details about the product you wish to return or exchange
- We’ll provide you with a Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions
- Package your return securely and include the original packing slip

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 3-5 business days), we’ll process your refund:
- Original payment method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Processing time: 5-7 business days after approval (depending on your financial institution)
- Shipping costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable
Exchanges
We’re happy to exchange your item for a different size or color, subject to availability. Follow the standard return process and indicate your exchange preferences in your email. If the requested item isn’t available, we’ll issue a refund instead.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item (including our athletic sneakers or cross training shoes), please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We’ll arrange for a free return and replacement.
