We offer two convenient shipping options to customers worldwide (excluding some Asian and remote regions):

Free Shipping (orders over $50):
- Carrier: EMS
- Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipping

Return Policy Details
- Return window: 15 days from receipt of your order
- Condition: Items must be unworn, in original condition with all tags attached
- Packaging: Must include original packaging and packing slip
- Proof of purchase: Required for all returns
Important Hygiene Note:
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following items if the protective sole cover has been removed:
- Clogs & Mules
- Dress Sandals
All other products in our collection are eligible for returns when conditions are met.

Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.
